Keeping NPC/Vendor Names Actively on Screen?

Is there a way to do this.. when I go into a highly populated vendor area like Yew moongate.. the player vendor names disappear within 2 seconds of appearing.. then I have to click on each one seeing what they have.

If this doesn't make sense.. I can clarify more. I couldn't find any obvious option in the UO settings or Razor settings.

Hold Ctr and shift shows all tags but u have to sort threw any item tags u dont want by right clicking them away.

I have a show all names macro but at yew it looks spammy using it.
