They are still blessed right? So if someone wants one to use that particular hat I am sure it could fetch a 100k or so.

Ppl buy them not for the blessed hat but for cutting them up for the blood red cloth which is rare.. I've seen em go recently for about 120-160k but the market varies.

That used to be the case but not anymore since the same blood red hue cloth can be obtained from tier 2 BOD rewards..

Oh really? Hadn't heard that and since I do not do BODs much, hadn't seen that.
Thats really a shame though as demand shouldn't cause devs to add it to a bod cloth color... Ruins rares.

imo theyre above the price they once were since so many were cut for cloth..

Aye, agreed. The people who had made suits of that said cloth werent too happy 
On the other hand, its not THAT easy to obtain the cloth now either, but the value is of course lower, around 10k per yard.
