Is this legitimate? Champ spawn question

I think everyone can agree that it is one thing to hold a champ spawn by pvp dominance, but another to trap all your slain foe at the Ankh by means of res killing. (Note: you cannot exit Destard from this point due to the magical forces of the champ spawn)

Question for staff: Is this legit? Or is it trapping players? Or... something else?

To be clear:
1) not a rant nor a flame
2) I love that factioner reds cannot have loose heads at champs
3) Welcome pvp at champ spawns
4) Not naming names
5) Well played sirs, I continue to learn and adapt from your tactics.

*IF* the champ spawn is still going on (spawn, or otherwise champion still up) it can be viewed as a tactic to ensure the area is contained, being that there is a beneficial goal at hand.

If this was *AFTER* the champ spawn (once scrolls have been exited from the area for example), then it would be viewed as over-griefing given the inability for the ghost to leave that specific section of the map.

Given this specific circumstance, a ghost-gate will be placed in that upper corner to prevent full-out trapping.
