Nothing has been done with this plot since I moved into the neighborhood 8-9 months ago. It's gone greatly worn a few times, but always got refreshed. Never seen anyone around, so why is it ageless?

They do, just check the last couple threads with the ageless tag.

There are also a couple of modded buildings about that are ageless, I'm assuming for events, donations, and/or doing work for the server (like the guy that made the tunnel available for EU clients after release)

My bad, sorry about that. I knew awhile back this was mentioned and the admins said they wouldnt do it. I'm glad they changed and do help out the veterans!
