Is it possible to craft bookshelves with books in it?

Carpentry gump seems only offer empty bookshelves. I'm looking for bookshelves with books in it. Thanks!

They only came as monthly stealable rares for the first year and some odd months. They were mistakenly reintroduced as monster drop rares (as well as ruined bookcase of which there are only three on the server)
