The construction is finally done. I would like to compile a list of buyers, and sellers, that may utilize something like this.
This is from the outside. One teleporter takes you to the public area on the roof, as well as the stairs on both sides. The other teleporter takes you inside to the sellers area/vip lounge.
This is the bottom level. The teleporters to get inside will be set to friends only, the doors will be coowners. This will be used as a staging area for the auctions. I will have a meeting here 20 to 30 minutes before each auction to get prices, s/b, and all that stuff.
This is the middle floor. Using this for mostly storage and just wanted to show the stairs going up to the roof.
This is the top floor. The auctioneer will be sitting at this table. The table is placed more than two tiles from the short wall so that no one can steal the items. All items will be placed on display and the bidding will begin. Even if there was a raid from pks or a thief lurking around, they have no way of getting to the items. They could kill the auctioneer but never have a chance at the items. I have not worked out allt he details with buying safely, was thinking of a gater to the docks for high end items. Also, I can insure anything up to a mil that is being sold. My thoughts were to either issue a check to the seller for the starting bid or use a vendor, not sure yet.
