This relic needs work. It is currently the longest to level. Has next to no benefit of being leveled. Has almost zero use. Perhaps instead of poison skill giving it the "chance" to do one level higher of poison it poisons one level higher with out the skill. Idk.

Phase shift isn't great either but does have some use. Insta hit and the ability to kill low level mobs faster than someone running to them. Mostly a motm benefit.

Yeah, I always thought it was kinda stupid that it still can't poison mobs that can't normally be poisoned. Like maybe if it could poison something that couldn't normally be poisoned by other means it would be pretty cool. I know it's incurable and all, but I feel like all the mobs that can actually get poisoned are the weaker ones which you don't NEED the poison to kill them.
