Just deco since the end of the event. It does nothing. Not sure how many are still floating around out there, but pretty much everyone doing the quest got one or a few. Price... eh whatever you feel like and whatever someone would pay. Which means to me really maybe 50 - 100k minimum.

Thank you for the info. I was on a Titan this morning. Must have been an IDOC some where.
