Any special advantage to having a custom house next to a house that's about to collapse? My house is a custom one that I just placed a few days ago, although there is a rock in between my small custom and the larger IDOC next to me, so I don't think I can expand my custom into that plot, assuming I had the gold to do so in the first place.
