Was just thinking of my earlier years on sonoma and the weeks I spent living on my boat. In real life people do live on boats, why not here?
Set certain areas where a boat staying there will not be a problem, rope the area ff like the docks in Skara... and for a wekkly/monthly/whatever price, a player can safely park their boat there. If the boat leaves, they vacate the dockage and another can take it.
Housing isn't a big issue yet, but its an idea that might ease things when it does, And some may actually want to live on the water already.
Another idea along the same lines, houseboats instead of docking areas.
