I'm assuming this is a faction weapon. Knowing nothing of factions and weapons associated with each, I'm looking for some info on this.

It's ice white and I believe is Balron damnation and is alignment: good

Can anyone give me info on this, how it's crafted and price?

It's hand crafted from the finest bullshit and it sells for about tree fiddy.

sounds like a hero weapon you can apply the white hue with life force and if anyone not in factions equips it it will explode. unsure on value but a factioner may buy it the hue costs 100 life force and apply's bonus damage to "evil creatures/players".
