For sale is the closest house to the entrance on Ice Dungeon. I have been hanging on to this house for a little more then a year, and have decided I'm ready to sell. This is a great PvM farm house for new players, or a really nice PvP gank spot. There is a wandering healer always outside (2 min spawn timer). Don't forget, January MotM is coming up!!!
