The guy doesn't do anything but cater to the people on the server - having tons of interesting games (my favorite being cigo and derby races) and is a super nice guy overall.
Letting him have his own banker at your his is something many people will dislike because they wouldn't get their own, but nobody is doing what Lucas is doing.
If anything it may increase the traffic in that area and allow for PvP around there.
That being said, his house would then have to be made a certain safe zone or else it'll just be full of fights.
I realize it's giving one player a lot, but it's seemingly all he cares to do, and he enjoys the company. It may help him grow and it could be really fun for the server!
