I need help with my custom house

So I am having an issue finalizing my house. It says the cost to me is 187,000. I have a balance in my bank of 349,000 (in credit or whatever) but when I try to finalize the design, it says I do not have the funds.

Does the money need to actually be in a pile in my bank box?

If so, how do I move that much gold into the bank box from credit?

Just say check XXXX and dbl click the check to have the gold in pile form in your bank.

In this case 200k oughta do.

It'll commit when the money's in check form. You don't need piles. I think the issue he's having is he deposited it all so the housing shit doesn't think he has in the gold in the bank.
