Its a dye tank hue. You can match it if your good with it anything under 1000 is obtainable through a basic dye tank from any tailor shop

I tried this, but the closest i could get was 810, and 812.

If you use sallos you can basically copy a color in to the dye tub. You click on this button (picker it's called i think), then click on something that has the color you want and you're done.

also dont use the arrows at the bottom of the slider, use your mouse to move the slider bar, it gives you more hues
