How to report bugs or problems?

I tried to report a bug (the 'summer fans' not spell channeling, though described ingame and in the patch notes) through the ingame ticket system several times now, but I do not get a response. I also dont want to register to yet another website (the one redirected at when clicking at the "bug reports" subforum), as the site seemts to not be maintained since most bugs there are unassigned for >6 months. Long story short:

how to effectively report a bug?

And last but not least: if this one won't be fixed (i.e., the summer fans wont get spell channeling), is there a chance that I can swap it back for the 15.000 dono coin so I can spent them on something else?

Paging in is the best method. A GM will have to fix that for you and there isn't one on at all times. Continue to page in is the best method.

Thank you, today I paged again and the problem is solved. Indeed, that decorative weapon did already have spell channeling, I needed to disable 'auto unequip' in razor to keep the weapon in hands :oops:
