How to display a Tigger mount?

Hi poor, since no one replied, i'll try to help..

When tigger first came out, i couldnt see it too, so i uninstall the whole game, went to www.uo.com, download the client, install and update using the official patcher. Thereafter install the launcher, update and play. You will get to see the tigger.

ps: works on Razor and UOSteam, unsure about Sallos.
