How to craft and bless faction waepons?

you need to-

- own a town with a smith
- have 1k silver , ingots/rubic hammer in pack
- use the correct ingots to match the runic hammer

then a gump will show up offering you a choiece of colors ( 2 per faction). ATM SL owns all the towns so any other faction cant craft wepons
