How much does food and drink affect chars?

Is drinking as important as always eating until full?

Does it just relate to skill gain or other things like fizzling spells missing hits etc too?

How much difference do they make?

I honestly don't think it does but some people swear by it. I eat/drink when I train just to be sure but not any time else.

I will get around to testing it at some point.

Well, the shard's owner seems to say drinking/eating affects your character's performances, to some extent. Although he doesn't say to what extent...

ive never read anything about it working or not. Saying that i have always kept my toons at Full and not Stuffed just to be sure.

i tend to eat if i start Fizzling alot of 8th circle spells or before i craft.
