How many verite ignots does a vein yield, on average, in an hour?

I know it varies, but there's always an average even if there isn't a typical number.

Does anyone know how many verite ignots a verite vein will yield, on average, in an hour?

Assume 120 mining.

Color doesn't matter for the number of pulls you get from a vein. Not all veins are created equal.

A good runebook will net you about 150-175 colored ore per run. Respawn rate I am not 100% but I do know that if you mine as soon as you can you do not get as much ore as if you wait a little longer for the vein to fully respawn. 30 minutes seems to do the trick.

It's not an exact science. Sometimes a vein that usually gives you 15 colored ore can give you only 6 colored and a lot of iron.
