how many houses can i have?

Is there a limit on the number of houses i can have on an account? also, is there a way to increase it?

One house per account and you are allowed three accounts.

might be a dumb question, but, when you say "accounts" does that equal "characters?"

Im asking because I placed a house with my 1st char and neither one of my other two chars can place.

Each account starts with 3 character slots. That one account only gets one house. You can have two other accounts. An account will be a unique sign in username.
