How do you loot items by simply clicking on them?

Not sure if this belongs in the macro section, but......
I was watching a Red UOF streamer on twitch, and whenever he killed someone. He would simply just click on the items in the corpse, and it moved to his backpack. Anyone know how this is done?

Uosteam has "grab item" under actions in hotkey tab. Gives you a target cursor and you can click items right to your bag.

Sallos has ". dragtobag" command. Gives you a target cursor and you can click items right to your bag.

There is something in razor but I believe you have to pick the item up first then it can drop it in your bag?
