How can I get a vendor?

I am a new player, a thief. I have a lot of things to sell now. How can I get a vendor? Thank you!

Find a spot from a house/shop owner and use a Rental deed ( bought from a bank) to agree terms. then the house owner/player does the rest

Is this safe? Could the owner of the house take all my items?

its safe you own the vendor he can not take any items from it. i think when the agreed terms run out items/gold goto your bank

all depends on the terms you agree too. you can make it automatically renew or do it week by week between you.

How much does it cost for me to run a vendor for say, a month?

you have 2 diff people to pay .
1 the shop owners rent i only pay 500gp a week but its a guild vendor and the owner is a nice guy
2 you pay the actual vendor a daily rate depending on the value of the items you are selling

so its pretty hard for me to say a monthly cost

Go over to the Guild section and ask to join a thieves guild. Some have houses with vendors in very high traffic areas. You might get a sweet place to sell your "found" items.
