How accurate are these weapon stats on the UOF wiki here?

These seem very different to me. Are these custom UOF weapon stats or something? Anyone know what's going on here?

If these are not accurate I would love to see some actual UOF weapon stats. With spells I can just test them myself, but weapons are lot harder since I have no way other than feel to determine the speed of each one.

Anyone? These are a lot different than the old numbers from stratics. And if they are the numbers that weapons use on this server, there would be pretty big implications I would think.
