Housing Requirement and Deleting Character

If I presently own a house (I have the skill points) and I delete a character that helped me reach the 1200 skill point cap to own said house, will I lose my house?

In other words...

3 characters with 1200 Skill points total.

I delete one character and I now have 1000 skill points between the two characters.

Will I lose my house?

Appreciate the help!

No you won't. You won't be able to lose a house on that account and acquire another until you met the requirements though.

Also, don't delete the character that owns the house. :)

Shoot...the one that I was deleting happens to own the house...

Any workarounds you have in mind Kiki aside from transferring the house to some1 and then back to a diff char?

There we go. Aye.

PS: I am genuinely upset at this development Kiki. You are the proverbial Bearer of Bad News. :p

HAHAHA

There is a way around it mate. go buy up some skills on your other characters until you have 1200 points, then give me a shout, transfer it to me when I have a free slot, delete your character, and I transfer it back to a different character on that account.

Problem level: Solved.

Yeah what they said. I needed to get to 1200 as someone was offering me a free house since I'm new and all i did was create two new chars and buy 700 points of random crap skills on them...i think it cost less than 10k total. That way you can get beyond 1200 with just two characters. Remember they dont need to be 7x to have 700 skill points. 70 skills with ten points counts just the same.
