Housing Decay question

I've been sifting through the forums and I haven't been able to find a consistent answer.

How long from "like new" to "Idoc"?

One post quoted a month, but that can't be right. Last I played on here I thought it was 6-7 days from newly refreshed to fall. Does anyone know?

Would like to know the details on this myself. Its def a lot longer then 6-7 days though.

And the phases are, and correct me if I'm wrong...
Like new
Somewhat worn
Fairly worn
Greatly worn
In danger of collapsing

While I'm new and have no prior experience, I'm fairly certain that I read each phase of downfall is between 3-5 days.
I frantically searched when the laptop I was playing on shit the bed. Ordering a new computer and all that blah blah was racking up to over a week. I had to know if I had to go to a friends house and download the game just to refresh. 3-5 a pop is what I found. Where, I don't remember. Upon my return it wasn't even greatly worn so it seemed fairly accurate. Take it or leave it, the Doc only tries to help

All I know is its 6hours from IDOC -> EQMS getting loot/killing blues.

I have disciples who are more versed in the other phases.

p.s.

Im always recruiting IDOCers... you can pay your join fee with accurate IDOC times.

One week between each phase... although new to slightly worn is vastly quicker (less than a day)... and IDOC only lasts 6 hours

Approx one month from new to fallen

Looks like everyone's paying Haly now....lol

Out with the info Haly!...lol
Sadly I tried to sell the information before, during the original days of a static timer, but no one was willing to pay for 100% accuracy in their timers.

Then again, most folks at that time didn't even have roofs on their houses because it cost too much.
