Well it's in the no cut area (even tho on the edge) so yeah, definitely worth more than "standard" 8x8 or small towers.

a small area starting from the bridge near brit west bank all the way up to the pass is "no cut", meaning that reds that get killed there cannot be statted. This is where most of the consensual pvp happens and people like to run into their houses when things go bad. Hence the higher housing prices.

The plots really close to the bridge go for millions even if small
