I want to upgrade my house (I bought the smallest 7x7 a few weeks ago). Can I turn the home back in to a deed and resell it for some of my money back? Or is that gold gone?
If it was a deed originally, then you can sell it back for a fraction of the cost you paid. If you used a house placement tool (always recomended), then you get full price back but no deed.
