As I run around I notice that like 1 in 5 houses is just a blank lot, with nothing on it... or the sign says its for sale...
Which wouldn't be a big deal if everyone wasn't asking insane amounts for these "PREMIUM" lots..
BTW when did just some Random spot become PREMIUM? I haven't seen any normal spots yet... Everyone on here is selling their PREMIUM spot..
IF its a lot that is unbuilt, and has no items secured inside it should decay in 1 week. You can keep your 2-3 lots, to try to gouge prices, but at least you need to refresh it once a week.
There are not so many players that finding a spot should be nearly impossible.. but with 3 accounts being allowed now, people are just holding spots.
