I think house dye deeds should become more common in the game. So far only a few have been given out for special events (charcoal tower, glacial castle, etc), but I think there is a lot of missed potential to make this a bigger part of the game. A good idea is to add it on the gold sink vendor, say maybe for 5 million gold. That way it could be something you could plan for and work towards, something achievable I could set my sights on. And also 5 million is a lot of gold to be able to sink from the economy in one go, on something a lot of people would want to buy
