House and Magery training

Hi

I am new to this server, i believe there should be some different with the uo server i have been last two years (asia server)

Could anyone please kindly let me know if somewhere still able to build the house (as i would love to build one, although i have no money)

Would like to know where can i buy and save the enough resources for training up my magery?

Ya plenty of spots left for small houses.Just look around.As far as making gold try this.

This will get you the gold to train magery and buy that house.
Remember you get 3 accounts and 3 char per account

Also, running escorts for a few hours (even by horse/foot) is a pretty easy way to get the initial cash for magery and a small plot. 500-1000 gold per escort and you should be able to travel easily without magery if you stick to town destinations. Don't start running dungeon escorts until you can gate.

Magery/resist is very, very cheap to train here. Maybe 10-20k gold in reagents.

right now the cheapest regs can be found in occlo and vesper mage shopes.
when u buy all the regs a npc has an hour or so later he spawns twice as many up to 960 each

I am farming gold in Despite level 1, any other dungeon is best for sword, tactics, anatomy GM?
