Help me with mah meta dragon

First of all id like to know what the hell people are talking about when theyre talking about using nets to level up their meta? Also i have a level 4 meta dragon, as you can see from the title, and would like to know what to kill from 4-5, 5-6, and 6-7.

4-5 cyclops, Titans, demons, lesser dragons.
Level 4 can kill pretty much everything with a good vet

Ogre Lords work well too, but deamons are your best bet.
