Healthbar bug

Not sure whats going on but I had a players health out and it turned into a lava lizzard I was near, but never attacked/targeted (not sure if it did me)

Just now I had 5 healthbars out from monsters, and I noticed while banking they all became the healthbar of a player, young guy I was helping out.

when you double click a sprite, you will get its health bar automatically
then if you double click another sprite, like your lava lizard, that ''double click'' bar will then turn into the lava lizards bar.
