Hey I played here at launch for a few months.... im starting uo again and got a new laptop for Christmas.. it has windows 8 which in my opinion is very shitty and annoying!!v 
.. I dl'ed the uof zip combo file with the uo/razor/uof ctf file.. I dl'd winzip.. it unzips till 22% and asks for a password.. that's where im stuck... Has anyone been down this road? Im totally lost.. I tried using my comp password which is the same for anything I use on this computer... windows 8 is uggghh.. JOOZ SMASH! hahaha
