Guild chat and party chat not working

Hello all, so 2 of my guildies since they joined haven't been able to guild/party chat. They both know how to use / \ before typing and we looked around on "options" and "razor" and cannot figure it out, has anyone else had problems with this?

my guess is that their party/guildchat color is set to jet black.

Does it not work for them or can they just not see the text? When they do " / " does it say 'Party:' at all?

I'll ask them when they log in but we can see what they're saying on both guild and party chat

Hi, I'm having the same problem, and could really use some help. I see my guild chat go in black, and I have not seen my guild respond for days...so I have no idea if they are even seeing what I write! I tried reinstalling, nothing changed. I don't see anywhere to change guild chat color - please help!
