WTS Great Yew Moongate vendor house

I am selling my Yew moongate vendor house. It is located roughly 3 screens to the east of the gate. The plot size is 14x11 I believe. I do not use discord so please post your offer in this thread or message me and I will update the thread.

This house is also for sale, I do also have a small plot on the same screen and the Yew moongate. You can visit both these properties by heading east from the Yew moongate. I would like to get 1 million for each property but will not refuse decent offers, Both houses have For Sale as the house name.
