Good Places to look for the Thief Guildmaster

I know that the Guildmaster is randomly located in every town in the Realms but there have to be places where it easier to find them than others.
Any ideas on where the best places are to go look for them?

There's is only one thieves guild master on this server, like he said he's in buccs den, I think you have to say "guildmasters name join" obviously replace guildmasters name with whatever the dudes name is

Building straight West of Skara bank. the Ranger Guildmaster trains stealth

You can, you just likely haven't met the necessary hiding skill prerequisite in order to have the option appear.
