Going gray while mining with orcish pickaxe

So I've noticed that while mining along the long forges in the second level of the Orc cave, when mining with an orcish pickaxe equipped, I randomly go gray. There's no rhyme or reason to why it happens, but it happens frequently. I've not attacked anyone, or even clicked on anyone.

I am using Razor to double click my equipped orcish pickaxe and then targeting the ground using a RelLoc position. Then, I'm doubleclicking the collected ore and moving - that's it. I seem to go gray only when a blue not in my guild happens by - but I'm not even targeting them. So confusing.... and potentially bad. I only noticed it when someone riding by noticed I was gray and thankfully asked me if I knew I was gray instead of attacking me.

This only happens in orc cave. Not else where. It use to happen to me when I mined Orc Cave. I found it to only happen when ppl were killing orcs. Then I really payed attention and found my macro that smelts and mines was opening bodies (even if far away) and smelting to ore inside the dead orc bodies. There for turning you gray.
It happens when using a shovel or a regular pick axe aswell. Its your macro not the equipment.
