Honest, I don't mind PVP as it is. I get better every time I go out.
However, the developers could tweak a few minor things that would give PVP better overall balance. Players like your self have made suggestions over and over again… unfortunately they keep falling on deaf ears?
If it’s’ left up to the elites, instead of balance, they’ll continue to tweak things for that perfect insta kill combo.

Seriously tho... they took away the talisman defense against tamed pets and aggressors surely they can add in the you can't mount a pet that has recently been in combat.

I am kind of with you on this one. it is hard after so many players sought after this talisman. Now it is not even competitive to any of the other talismans, and barely competing with stock builds. Meta everything is the consistency of the future for players at this time It is the main revolver of PVM. Even worse is the players who just started grinding them right in between the changes that were let down. Stabilization is key.

How about no mounting period for tamers, it is a PVM class. They want to PVP with insecurity let it be on foot.

How about none of this. A talisman that allows semi-immunity to enemy pets, and that allows for easy bypassing of dungeon threats while you go to kill people? You want those without spiders to not be able to mount, while spider owners that are supposedly the best for PvP get to be mounted? This would be helping spider PvP and making a mount + dragon even worse.

Re-mount my friend... INSTA re-mounting a pet that it is in combat to be specific. Stay mounted all you want with dual WW's or Night Bears / Mares.
The real issue here is, because you can re-mount a night pet after its initial combat strike... its reduced (PVP) movement is over ridden and the pet can chase down the victim at mounted speed. Yes I know it can't do damage while mounted but it's easily ready and in range for that next dismount combo strike.
This server was never supposed to support tamer PVP but alas it does. I'm really ok with that... just give me back my talisman against those tamed pets!! Its balance.
