Tonight there was a pretty good IDOC but there were a handful of ghosts standing on the plot blocking placement. Is this allowed here? Or are you not allowed to AFK camp an IDOC as a ghost?

All holds are barred on an idoc. Block the house placement, steal the loot -- this is the meat of the game, a lot of people will argue. Idocs are a huge pvp draw so if someone is in your way, and you don't kill them...well well well, UOF will respond in kind.
