Ahhh so many possiblilties!
Did you use the UOF launcher to install the game? Did you run all the art updates? Did you have any previous UO installs? Are you using Razor or UOSteam? Are you loading the game from the launcher or loading Razor/UOSteam directly from a shortcut?
