WTS Free 9x9 House on Private Peninsula (new players only)

As far as small houses go, this is about as sweet as it gets. This is NW of Minoc, along the coast. There is a wandering healer in the area. No spawn. No houses can be placed anywhere near.

I am giving this plot away free to a new player to the server. Vets, please don't be punks and make a play. This is the for the benefit of new players; it's good for everyone.

First person to convince me they are new and deserve this house gets it.

I found someone who could use it but we're having issues being online at the same time. If the transfer doesn't work out, I'll contact JennaL. Thanks for the advice.
