Forensic Evaluation

Some ideas have been given already to make it actually useful (why it's not done yet I don't know), but here's my version:

1) When used on a corpse, if successful will give permagrey status on the murderer(s) (even if the murderer(s) is(are) blue) toward the evaluator, AND temporary permagrey status for those who "disturbed" the corpse.

2) When used on someone who has been robbed, same as above, but the eval window is shorter (perhaps one minute).

That's it. The whole point of the skill is making it easier for antipks to get targets who did something naughty.
