The post I made the other day was lost with forum changes, here's a summary: Some foreigners experience lag when no moving person is on screen and nobody seems to have the answer.
However today I decided to try running around with an escort and sure enough, the lag disappears. My ping jumps from 450-1000 with NO escort and around 220-350 with an escort. It's a huge improvement and makes the server atleast playable. Tho having to use an escort for moving around is just stupid, as they can't keep up sometimes, show where you're hidden and will get killed easily in dungeons.
