Fixing Razor's uo positioning map on the launcher

I Factory reset my computer. Re-Installed the launcher and now my razor uo positioning map is really colourful and sparkley... how do i fix this and could it be fixed on the launcher so others dont have the same problem if needed

so I unistalled and re-installed and it works.. but I have talked to other ppl that has the same issue
