Fix the RDAs

Pretty much all i do in the UO. After revert there were 2 that i know that were set in place and never decayed, just had to wait until they mobs spawned inside. After u finished you just had to keep checking it. Then they were manually deleted and havent been back up since.

they are just like people. All genetics based, every human is different, but they are still humans. potency, size, and shape variations are all genetic.
