Fey Slayer/Fortified/Vanquishing/Supremely Accurate Katana

Any thoughts? How much of a detriment or benefit is fey slayer to an otherwise amazing katana?

it would never be a detriment. It doubles damage to certain creatures and functions like a normal perfect vanq for others. That said, I don't know the price. More than a regular perfect vanq, at least.

I was under the impression, that like slayer instruments, there is a diminished affect when used on creatures that are not fey creatures. Is this not true?

Not to my knowledge. I'll let someone else confirm or deny that.

Asked on IRC. Apparently it has reduced damage versus slayer opposites, Abyss Creatures for this particular weapon.
