How much is hard to say really. Absolute minimum would be 100k I feel like.

This probably won't get an insane amount like BS val tunics because the wood isn't as valuable as having a hammer with limited charges. But hell maybe you'll get lucky and get a 250k or 500k offer or something crazy like that.
