Swamp Dragons can be ridden by anyone. You don't need to be a Tamer and it isn't part of the meta program. Literally anyone can ride and it doesnt add armor rating but it gives a max of 20% dmg reduction from any mob. Very handy for whirlpools, fishing. Also great for berserker and resilience talismans! Make yourself the ultimate pvmer!
