Items will have a starting bid and people may bid on an item with no maximum.
- Some items have a minimum
Once a bid is confirmed all your auctions may be paid for at once at the end of the auction. We Will meet at WBB for delivery!!!
Payment is expected at the end of auction no exceptions. Failure to do so will be a ban on invites in the future.
The location is near a guard zone, the chairs can not be hit with ms / earthquake.
The building is public but we have guards!
The black line is a wall and the items can not be picked up from the chair side.
SOME ITEMS HAVE MINIMUMS IF THE MINIMUM IS NOT MET THE ITEM WILL GO UNSOLD.
If you bid on an item that has a min you will be asked to pay the difference or pass on said item. So far this has not happened.
